SUMMARY:Curiosity and Chaos: Exploring Surely You’re Joking\, Mr. Feynman! – Book Club Gathering & Potluck
DESCRIPTION:Curiosity and Chaos: Exploring Surely You’re Joking\, Mr. Feynman! – Book Club Gathering & Potluck \nDate & Time:  Tuesday\, November 18 • 5:00 p.m.\nLocation:  Home of Kathy and Greg Feinsinger\nJoin our November Book Club gathering as we dive into the witty\, rebellious\, and endlessly curious world of Nobel Prize–winning physicist Richard Feynman through his memoir Surely You’re Joking\, Mr. Feynman! — a collection of outrageous anecdotes that reveal both his mischievous sense of humor and his lifelong fascination with the mysteries of the universe. \nFrom safe-cracking at Los Alamos to painting in topless bars\, Feynman invites us to question everything\, laugh freely\, and rediscover the joy of learning for its own sake. Expect a lively evening of laughter\, wonder\, and good company as we share insights (and a potluck meal!) hosted by Kathy and Greg Feinsinger. \nWhether you’ve read every page or just want to hear what all the fuss is about\, come prepared for conversation that’s equal parts science\, story\, and delight. \nA friendly reminder: Before this meeting\, you may also wish to catch author Sara Dykman’s talk on Bicycling with Butterflies — Monday\, October 27 at 6 p.m. at the CMC Spring Valley Campus. Registration is available on the CMC website. \nQuestions or RSVP:  Contact Jan Quint at shimbaya@gmail.com to get the address or be added to the book club mailing list.
