Participants are invited to share emotions and experiences in a compassionate environment guided by a licensed facilitator. \nThrough gentle conversation and shared reflection\, group members explore ways to cope with grief and loneliness\, move toward acceptance\, and discover how life — though changed — can still hold meaning\, connection\, and hope. \nThere is no cost to attend.
