Two Rivers Unitarian Universalist

Two Rivers UU’s beloved Blessed of the Animals service is back! Rev. Nathan Woodliff-Stanley will celebrate our bond with animals in an online service. We will be joined by friends from the Colorado Animal Rescue shelter (CARE) and will enjoy music by Jimmy Byrne.

The Blessing of the Animals has deep roots at TRUU, as well in many UU congregations. For many years, the TRUU community gathered on the grounds of CARE and was always blessed not only by beautiful weather, but also by ponies, goats, llamas. And of course, so many dogs and cats!

While a leadership transition scotched last’s years event, and while Covid-19 has interrupted our in-person gathering this year, we will nonetheless celebrate our beloved little Zoom-bombers online a virtual service open to all. So clap your hands, your paws, your wings, your fins — or anything you got now — and join us!

This is a recurring meeting that occurs at 10 am on Sunday morning. This meeting link and ID is the same every Sunday. If you would like to attend, and you don’t have access to that newsletter, you may get the login information from
