Our attention is our dearest wealth and our most potent power. How we invest it determines how we experience the world. If we allow our attention to be consumed by agents of fear, our fear will grow. If we invest our attention in the solidity and spaciousness of the present moment and look with appreciation on all that is, our joy will grow. With joy comes love, comes hope, comes new possibilities for how we might engage with the world. Our presence becomes the portal through which a whole new world may arrive.
