TRUU is a caring and open-minded community of brave, curious and compassionate thinkers and doers. We are diverse in faith, ethnicity, history and spirituality but aligned in our desire to make a difference for the good. On June 22nd Caleb will offer us an opportunity to practice open-minded listening, curiosity and understanding by talking with us about his views of what a socially just world would look like and ways in which he thinks we can move closer to making that world a reality.
Caleb Waller lives in Silt with his wife Kendra and their seven children. He runs River Nest Resort, works in the financial industry and is active in local politics as a Republican. He advocates for policies that he believes strengthen local communities and businesses. Caleb also spent 14 years in Israel, working on agricultural projects that he hoped would minimize violence between Jewish settlers and Palestinians. He is a Christian who tries to live in ways he believes Jesus wants him to live. You can read his columns in the Post-Independent here and here.
