Most human cultures have ceremonies that recognize and celebrate the transition from childhood. UU’s across the country have Coming of Age programs, and TRUU will have its first Coming of Age ceremony in June for five young people in the congregation. What does it mean to come of age? What does it mean to grow up? In some ways, is growing up a lifelong process? March 6th also marks the beginning of TRUU’s annual pledge campaign, and TRUU itself is coming of age in significant ways. Let’s celebrate!
