“Including our Shadows” by Aaron Brown

The Gospel of Thomas says, “If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.” We see evidence of this everywhere. When people don’t face their own shadows and instead project them on various enemies and outcasts, they create a world of war and suffering. Where people accept their own darkness and work to heal it, transformation occurs. In this service, we will explore ways to face and integrate our own dark sides, bringing forth integrity and flourishing as we move toward wholeness.  Stay tuned for thematic music by Micha & Paul.
