New Member Potluck Lunch

Those who wish to become official Members of our congregation will sign the Membership Book (if they haven’t already done so) and be welcomed by the congregation in a brief ceremony. Membership involves a commitment of time, talent and treasure — according to each member’s ability to contribute. In turn, members have the right to vote for Board members and vote on budgets and other church policy matters. Most importantly, membership means committing to a spiritual community that believes in the worth of every person, the pursuit of justice and compassion, and the freedom to explore one’s own beliefs.

A potluck luncheon and the traditional coffee hour will follow the service. Please click here to sign up for the category of dish that you would like to contribute.  If the sign up is frustrating for you, you call Sue Coyle at 970.379.4674 or Kathy Feinsinger at 970.319.2026 to specify your dish of choice or you can also e-mail Paul Dankers and tell him whether you will bring a Salad, Meat-based Main Dish, Vegan Main Dish, Desert, Bread, or Other (specify).  And if you can’t bring a dish to pass, we hope that you will still join us – we always have plenty of food!  We hope you can all attend this important and meaningful event.
