“Not Knowing is Most Intimate” by Lisa Goddard

May 10 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Description:  “We get lost in our thinking, we believe what we think and we think we’re right. In his book Zen Mind Beginner’s Mind, Suzuki Roshi writes, “In the beginner’s mind, there are many possibilities, in the expert’s mind, there are few. The mind of the beginner is empty, free of the habit of the expert. Ready to accept and open to all the possibilities.”

What this May 10th practice is offering is a really simple and very easy to forget. It is very possible that in the middle of our busy lives we can pause and enter the senses, when we can do that…then who knows what’s true?
