"We Love You and Bless You"

TRUU Titbits
- Notes, Announcements & Nibbles -

Dear TRUU friends,

Get out the vote! Social Justice is working to Get Out the Vote (GOTV!). The past two Sundays, TRUU congregants have written about one hundred postcards to likely progressive voters who don't always vote in predicted close races across the country. Starting on September 27 we will switch to local elections. Please spend 10 minutes during / after coffee hour each Sunday and write 5 (or more) postcards. We'll have all the materials and even suggestions for what to write.

The Unitarian Universalist Colorado Action Network is holding a summit in Lafayette, Colorado, this weekend. Boulder Valley UU Fellowship hosts the main event, Saturday, October 3. Please visit UUCAN and learn more about this timely and important action.

The minutes from the August board meetings have been accepted into the record. You are welcome to read them here.
