Our next minister
Your board of trustees has determined that TRUU flourishes with a minister. Consequently, we will go into ministerial search to find someone to serve our congregation beginning August 2027…….Unless the August miracle happens again in 2026. We are open to many different models of ministry and recognize the need to be creative to find the right fit. We will partner with the UUA to seek their advice and help fashion a job description and compensation package that will set up this search for success.

In August we are planning regular services on the second and the ninth, after which we will have two Sundays of worship lite, followed by a congregational potluck dinner on August 29. There will be no Sunday service August 30. We will have a picnic brunch party on the lawn outside the Calaway Room on September 5.

Sue Edelstein and Bill Spence have offered to have a Circle Supper at their home in RVR on Wednesday, July 15, at 6:00. They can accommodate 8 guests. Monday, July 27, at 5:00, Kate Friesen and Peter Westcott will have supper at their house in Missouri Heights for 6 guests. The Cowboy Corral will be performing after lunch at the PItkin Senior Center on Monday July 6, and then at the Redstone Inn with special guest Tom Paxton on Tuesday July 7, after the senior lunch.
