"Less: In Praise of Slowing Down" by Rev. Zenshin Florence Caplow
In March we are exploring “The Practice of Paying Attention” and nothing keeps us from paying attention more than our addictions to busyness and moving fast. This Sunday Rev. Zenshin Florence Caplow will invite us to slow down, do less, and connect with all that is precious in our world.
When: Sunday, March 15th at 10 AM Where: Third Street Center, Calaway Room Music: Micha Schoepe & Paul Dankers
All are welcome—especially you (and your friends, and their kids!).

TRUU Titbits - Notes, Announcements & Nibbles -
I’d like to share a new reflection from my blog called “We Are Eating Each Other Alive.”
It’s a personal exploration of the stories our culture tells about “good guys” and “bad guys,” and how easily those stories pull us into blame, contempt, and division — often without us noticing. Drawing on ideas from Internal Family Systems and Nonviolent Communication, the piece asks a simple but uncomfortable question: What if no one is disposable?
Rather than offering big answers, it explores a few small practices that might help us stay human with one another — especially when fear or anger tries to take over.
And if you’d like to stay connected with occasional reflections from the road as Micha and I step into our next chapter, you’re welcome to subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of any page on the site.
With gratitude for this community.
Finally, a gentle reminder to read all the way through this email — there are many meaningful gatherings and offerings coming up, and the calendar below is full of opportunities to connect.

With gratitude for this community,
